Additional charges may apply for delivery, customized designs, premium ingredients, special packaging, toppings, fillings, or other requested options.
5. Orders
An order request submitted through the website, WhatsApp, phone, or another channel does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. An order becomes confirmed when Bagdad Bread Factory & Sweets or an authorized representative confirms it.
We may contact you to verify product selection, quantity, delivery location, timing, payment method, or other order details.
6. Customized Cakes
- Customized cakes may require advance notice. Final appearance can vary slightly because cakes are handmade and prepared using edible ingredients.
- Customer-provided design references are treated as inspiration rather than a guarantee of an identical result.
- Flavor, frosting, filling, toppings, message, size, and special instructions should be confirmed before production.
- Once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
- Special designs and premium ingredients may have additional charges.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, distance, order volume, product preparation, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should provide an accurate phone number and delivery address and remain reasonably available around the agreed delivery period.
8. Payment
Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and bKash. Payment instructions shown on the website should be followed carefully.
Security reminder: Bagdad Bread Factory & Sweets will not ask customers to disclose an OTP, bKash PIN, password, or other confidential security code.
9. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation or modification requests should be made as early as possible. Whether a request can be accepted depends on the order status, preparation stage, customization, and other circumstances.
Customized or already-prepared products may not be cancellable after production has begun.
